PMA Educates: Athletic Reformer programming: How to safely program for athletic classes while focusing on the Pilates principles

When new students are looking for an alternative to the gym, Pilates can be a bit overwhelming and intimidating. During this session, Sean Bergara, NCPT, NASM, will introduce you to a new approach to offering strength training on the reformer.

He’ll take the intimidation out of the process and share how to attract new clients and create exercises that are more familiar to those coming from the gym. He’ll also talk about how to merge these exercises with traditional Pilates programming.
