The service was launched in 2009 and serves customers in over 160 countries. The company has 22 employees\, and has worked with over 150 talented individuals to create over 4000 videos. \nLaBriece Ochsner\, Pilates master teacher and owner of LB Pilates based in Switzerland\, has been actively teaching online since 2016 to connect with her international clients and student instructors. She teaches three regular weekly online master classes for Pilates instructors to hone their self-practice. LaBriece also tehes online workshops\, mentoring sessions and for online Pilates conference worldwide. \nIn 2005 Laura Wilson opened her first studio\, Natural Pilates Beverly Hills\, across from the iconic Peninsula Hotel. Since then\, she has created a Pilates empire that now includes five busy studio locations on both coasts\, a successful online platform (Natural Pilates TV)\, her own line of small Pilates props\, and a teacher training program accredited by the Pilates Method Alliance. \n\nMeet our Moderator:\nKarolina Schmid is from Zurich\, Switzerland. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto and a Master’s Equivalency in Health Policy at Humboldt University in Berlin. She began her Ph.D. at Humboldt and taught at the college level in Switzerland. Karolina is an author of numerous books and programs and runs the successful PILATESwiss Studios in Zurich.
